APPLEBY MAGNA We secured planning permission to develop eight social housing units on the edge of Appleby Magna in Leicestershire. This development in conjunction with East Midlands Housing Association will produce valuable affordable housing for the local residents of the village. Construction was completed late in 2010 and all the units were immediately occupied by local people as selected by East Midlands Housing.
